What is up with technical support asking questions via chat? If I don't have my MV support ticket up via Internet Explorer, I don't know that someone is trying to talk to me since I don't get an email. I respond back via the chat, now how does the support agent know that I responded?? Are they getting an email, or do they need to check every ticket to see if someone responed???? Technology great, but it seems like we are going backwards on this, and it takes a lot longer to get assistance.
