Switching from Toolbox AC to OEM

Hello, we are highly considering switching from Toolbox AC to the MV OEM. We have been using standard AutoCAD for decades now, and have been tailoring Toolbox for the past year now to fully implement Microvellum across the board in our engineering department. We are thinking of converting all of the AutoCAD license to the OEM, but one. One will remain a standard AutoCAD, in case we should ever need the standard AutoCAD for any reason at all, we have it. We are reaching out to the community because we would really appreciate any feedback from others out there who have embarked on the journey before, with insights on things they would have done differently, things they would have liked to have known before going into this, etc.

Few questions out the gate that I have as well.
1. For the Lisp Routines and Express Tools, is it fairly simply to find work arounds for these features in the OEM?
2. We have been doing heavy formula writing Edit Design Data work for the past year now. Is the switch, in any way at all, going to modify, limit, or "undo" any of this work that we have done thus far?

Anything else at all in regards to this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all for your time!
