TB-BSB not allowing to pick Pline from the add part UI

When adding a new part and picking an existing polyline to define the shape we're getting an error: 


As you many can see in the pic the command line is empty. The pick UCI works fine, allowing to define part orientation in the drawing. But NOT pick Pline... 

Is anyone else running in to this issue?
