By default the height of the Crown Molding/cornice is looking for height alone. This fine for probably 99% of the market i guess, but ive changed to read the actual global variable so its now correct with our setup as our isn't flush to the top of the cabinet: =G!Crown_Molding_Height_Above_Floor
