Ticket creation feature removed?

HI,

I notice that you have removed: What product are you using? from the Ticket creation.

Shouldn't this still be in the submittal form to assist in troubleshooting or have you found that if it's a problem in AutoCAD it's a problem in Toolbox OEM or visa-versa.

Using:
  - AutoCAD 2019 (secondary - Library Designer cherry picking & shop support while working on new jobs...sparingly - don't want to work in same Project database)
  - AutoCAD 2020 (primary)
  - AutoCAD 2021 (installed & not supported)
