Title Block Takes 15 minutes to Update

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

It takes ~14-15 minutes to update the title blocks in my Microvellum drawing. Any idea why it takes so long? It has a Status Bar filling up Slowly on screen that says ‘UPDATE DRAWING’ – this takes 95% of the time, then it flashes through the paper space templates very quickly and updates the title blocks – any idea why this is acting like this and what we can do to speed it up?
