I've got a few questions for other Toolbox OEM users who are now testing and configuring Toolbox BSB.  As the main user/administrator in my company, I installed, configured and did testing of BSB including creating a new template, new PC3 files since AC PC3 files didn't work correctly in BSB.  Afterwards, the template and PC3 and other files were saved on the company server and settings in BSB pointed to those server files.  Then I used the Profile Manager in BSB to create a new profile including those server shared Program options, files, templates, etc.  Importing the .ARG file to use the shared profile worked fine, with the exception of PC3 plotter settings.  the configuration settings are correct in the shared profiles, server folder is correct, but no other user is able to use the PC3s to plot or publish, even when selecting the 'default windows printer.pc3'.  All plotters give a message that the PC3 cannot be used.  My own setup continues to work as expected.  

 I've already opened a ticket for help but was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems or if you see what i've done wrong and can help me fix it?
