I have a project I am doing, and 3D orbiting takes 10-15 seconds to just load, then I can move around, but when I release it takes another 10-15 seconds to load. Moving around in this project is miserable and makes it take 3-4 times the amount of time. 

I have hidden all 3d hardware layers, all 2D layers until I work on drafting, I isolate walls to help but nothing seems to make a difference. I have 64GB ram, and a CPU with 16 cores so I feel like my computer should have no problems with this. 

Here is a screen shot of the project. I don't think its really that crazy big to be acting like this. What can I do to help the loading times?
