Hi,

I have been a MV user now for three years and have purchased aprox 30 hours of additional remote training over that time at an average of $150 hr at most through MV account manager at the time.  Since MV has been acquired by Innergy, the price has jumped up to $285 hr.  

I don't understand how a company can increase the hourly rate just like that.  

Has anyone else had the same shock when looking at obtaining more remote training?

Is there any other alternative?

Would be interested to know other users' reaction or suggestions
