Trim Cuts

When cutting a sheet that has both face 5 and 6 machining, we machine the face 6 first as a full sheet.  Microvellum does a trim cut for a reference edge before flipping, however this cut is a full depth pass.  Is there a way to control this so that it is at least 2 passes?
