Trouble With Cross Section - Workaround?
Hello - our shop is new to Microvellum and we're struggling our way to shop drawings for the first time. In training with simple projects I was easily able to draw Elevations, Plan Views and Cross Sections. But now on a real job that is really complicated I'm running in to one problem after another.
First, I just tried "Draw Product Sections" but when I went to place the drawing nothing happens. I need to get these out today and so my second thought was to just show the end view, 2D wireframe through my viewport. However, this of course is showing way too much all the way down the wall of products. So my last try was to do a flat shot and use that as my cross section. So I isolated exactly what I need to see. Now the flat shot is giving me sort of a random spattering of what I see in that view. How do I get the Flatshot to show EXACTLY what I'm seeing on the isolated end view of my model?
