how do you turn off the dimensions in 2D Plan view?

Looked for the Prompt in the Global file, none of those seams to affect that.

I mean I could probably put them o a different layer, let's say DIM PLAN, and keep that turned OFF. But why create extra data when is not really needed.

Also, if Plan Finished End Text = F, why does it display "FE"?
