Hi everybody! I suddenly became the "microvellum" girl at my shop, and we just recently updated ourselves with the 2023 update on our three computers. Two of those are working perfectly, but there is one that won't print any report at all. 

She can create work orders and all, but she cannot print any reports. Either on our customized batch, where she gets the message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", or if trying to print individually, we get the unhandled error window, giving us nothing. 

But then I get on my computer, and the work order works and prints just fine. Evidently, it's her computer that is not complying and not Microvellum, but I would like to know if anyone ever got this issue or has any kind of clues about where I need to look to resolve this issue. I do know at thing or two about getting around a computer but I'm no technician, so there is a limit to where I feel comfortable playing around, especially if I don't have any idea where what to look for. :)
