Unacceptably long wait time for tech support
10 to 14 days (minimum) waiting for tech support to address issues with BSB or Microvellum in general. Are they too busy for a courtesy email or call to let me know wait times are long? I have serious production and software problems that aren't being addressed and are causing problems in my shop. Issues in programing, post operations, or BricsCAD/Microvellum constant malfunctions and crashes. Unanswered support tickets.
