Update End dimensions to read applied ends as well

As per the title could the formula for end dimensions be updated to read finished ends and applied ends, i never use finished ends only applied so would be good to make it universal? I dont know how to make it read both, my knowledge on "IF" formulas is not quite there yet. Thanks
