Has anyone have the issue when you update title blocks for your drawings for multiple blocks BSB for the same attribute (property)?

 I have 2 different title blocks for project name, address, city, etc. for my cover page and side title for mill work pages that share the same attribute name. When I set up my user defined project properties to update all of my title blocks everything works as it should in OEM but not BSB. In BSB it will only update the block that is listed first before the pipe symbol. I tried to update my project level property and will only update the first block. 

Any solutions besides having to create a second property name and entering info twice.
