i am trying to set up a single vertical drill in one of our tool slots the we use as a 'flex' or utility tool, (i.e. when there is need for a certain tool). our machines have a drill head that can only use up to a 1/4" bit so i need to set up another drill for 3/8" in a single collet. i tried to set it up using info in the knowledge base but can't seem to get it to work. it always seems to want to lead in instead of straight plunge. any help would be appreciated. with all the buttons in the toolfile interface i know i'm missing something. my settings attached
