Walk and Fly - Change to Perspective View

Hi,

This happens every now and then.  I'm not sure why but when using 3D Orbit it toggles an impossible to go away box.  Its pretty rare but really annoying.  Is there anyway to stop this from happening, or why it randomly decides to happen?
