Warning dialog about MV template text styles, dim styles and layers missing

I use keyboard aliases (the "acad.pgp" file) a lot. For the longest time, I have had "D" assigned to the Distance command, but now I get a pop-up message saying:

This drawing does not contain the needed text and dimension styles or layers. They will be created now. It is recommended that a Microvellum template be used or the needed dimension and layer files be imported into your drawing template. Please consult the help files or call Microvellum if you need assistance in setting up your template.

The only thing assigned to "D" in my acad.pgp file is "Dist" and I don't see where MV could be pre-assigning a shortcut key for the letter "D" ... maybe I'm missing something obvious.
I am trying to retrain myself to use "DDD" as a temporary alternative shortcut, but a 30-some year habit of using the single letter shortcut is hard to break.
Anyone with any ideas about this?
