Die wall studs / vertical parts internal notching corner reliefs
I have recently started creating die walls out of Microvellum and have run into the issue wherein my method of relieving the inside corners of notches on studs is not applying. I typically always drilled a 1/2" diameter hole on the corners, however these are not always getting picked up when the parts get modeled. I even tried drawing semi-circles built into the part boundary, but due to the bit I am using for perimeter cuts also being 1/2" diameter, none of them applied got cut even though they got modeled. So I am looking into alternative ways of clearing the corners.
What method of corner reliefs do you use on your studs / vertical parts of die walls whenever they require internal notching?
