Where to find fields from project properties to put in my title block

I'm trying to set up for sheet set manager.  I'm following the video step by step.  However, he doesn't seem to address where I could find fields that are from the project properties, like project name, project number, contractor, etc.  There must be some documentation on this.  Anybody?
