Its been a pain for us since we switch and I haven't been able to locate where to find the 2d filler elevation code to fix. Every time it makes an elevation and there's filler, it creates the dimensions in the height and direction. At this point I'd rather just have them gone and pull them manually so I don't have to keep messing with them every time i redraw something. 

Does anyone know where the information is stored
