Why are my back and bottom panels hanging below the floor?

This is my first time using face frame cabinets, so maybe it has something to do with that? In Product Prompt, I have the height above floor AND the height of the cabinet what I need them to be but the back and bottom panels are hanging below the floor  3/16"
