XML file format for a Selco Panel saw

We own a Selco panel saw and ever since we switched to Microvellum as our design software we lost the ability to print an on demand label with a part picture on it. After doing some research and working with both Microvellum and Biesse we were told we needed to be using an .XML file format for our cut list and the label image needed to be mapped to a field inside of the .XML file called the "Draw1" field. So after some time Microvellum actually stepped up and made it happen. They figured out the file structure, wrote the code needed and produced what i needed. The problem is i still can't get my part picture to show up on a label. The best I can gather is the graphic file size is to large. If i go in and manually modify the code of one of the .XML files and map a graphic file name that is smaller than 5k it will work. This is where i hit my road block.

Biesse says there are other customers out there running Microvellum, using the .XML file format and making it work. Microvellum says the same thing. The problem is mine still does not work and i can't seem to get either side to help me figure out what it is that the other customers are doing that I am not, or maybe some settings they have that don't match mine. I even purchased a brand new P.C. for my Selco panel saw not to long ago so that it would have Windows 10 and i could get the latest version of O.S.I., that way Biesse would stop telling me that my P.C. and version of O.S.I was the issue.

So my question is this, does anyone reading this that owns a  Selco panel saw, print an on demand label (meaning it spits out the label on its own as you cut without the operator having to select the label) that contains the part picture on it? I would love to find the customers that are making this happen so that maybe you can be the bridge between where i am and where I am trying to get. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
