Microvellum’s Case Portal is getting a major upgrade, set to launch in Q2 of this year!
While the Portal has long served as the place to manage support cases, this upcoming release expands its functionality to give you more control, easier access, and a smoother overall experience.
What’s Coming:
- Access
Downloads Instantly
Software and library data updates will be available for download in the
Portal as soon as they’re released—streamlining access and making it
easier to get what you need, when you need it.
- Manage
Your Licenses
New tools will allow you to view license details, activate or deactivate
licenses, see associated software modules and libraries, and preview
additional features.
- Purchase
New Features & Services
Explore, purchase additional modules and services, and communicate with
your Account Manager directly through the Portal.
- Control
Team Access
Easily manage the people associated with your organization. Assign an
account admin, update contact details, and set permissions for accessing
downloads, support cases, purchase history, and more.
- Keep
Company Info Up to Date
The updated Portal will make it possible to edit your organization’s
contact information directly, with changes syncing automatically to our
internal CRM system.
These updates are designed to make the Portal more useful
and to give you greater control over your Microvellum experience.
