• Access Downloads Instantly: Software and library data updates will be available for download in the Portal as soon as they’re released, streamlining access and making it easier to get the updates you need, when you need them.
• Manage Your Licenses: New tools will allow you to view license details, activate or deactivate licenses, see associated software modules and libraries, and preview additional features.
• Control Team Access: Easily manage the people associated with your organization. Assign an account admin, update contact details, and set permissions for accessing downloads, support cases, and more.
• Keep Company Info Up to Date: The updated Portal will make it possible to edit your organization’s contact information directly, with changes syncing automatically to our internal CRM system.
• MicroBot: Meet MicroBot, your AI-powered assistant for accessing the Knowledge Base, browsing Community Forums, and getting instant answers from the AnswerBot.

• Purchase New Features, Licenses & Services: Soon, you’ll be able to purchase additional software licenses, modules, and services directly within the Portal, with the option to share your cart with your Account Manager if needed.
• Payment History: View your payment history to easily track past transactions.
  
• Better Mobile & Tablet Experience: We'll be improving the site's performance on mobile and tablet devices to ensure a smoother, more responsive user experience.
