Accessing Workbook Designer

Accessing Workbook Designer

Workbook Designer

The most commonly used method to access Workbook Designer is through Edit Design Data, by clicking on the Workbook Designer icon in the toolbar menu.

Another method to access Workbook Designer is through the Library or Project Specification Groups interfaces.

Workbook Designer can also be accessed through Database Explorer (Toolbox Setup > Options > Utilities > Database Explorer). This method will be discussed more in the Library Management section.

The last method is to open it as a stand-alone application. The Workbook Designer executable file is stored in the Program Files/Microvellum/Toolbox directory and can be copied to another location, or the Windows taskbar. The stand-alone application allows you to open files that have been saved to disk.
