  1. Does Microvellum offer any services to assist with the transition from Toolbox OEM to Toolbox BSB? (BricsCAD)
    1. To support your transition from Toolbox OEM to Toolbox BSB (BricsCAD), we've curated over 7 hours of video content to guide you through a successful migration to the BricsCAD platform and made it available within the INNERGY PeAk LMS platform. This content is available free of charge. For personalized training or integration services, please contact your Account Manager.
  2. Does Microvellum provide BricsCAD support? 
    1. Microvellum provides limited support for issues related to the BricsCAD platform. If a reported issue is determined to be BricsCAD-specific, we will submit the support request to BricsCAD’s Quality Assurance team on your behalf. While we do not control their resolution timeline, we will monitor the issue and provide updates through a future Toolbox BSB release once a fix is available.
  3. Does Microvellum University include a Toolbox BSB (BricsCAD) specific training plans?
    1. Yes. Microvellum University includes a dedicated Toolbox BSB (BricsCAD) training plan specifically designed for users transitioning from Toolbox OEM, including:
      1. 15 Microvellum-produced videos focused on helping users get familiar with the BricsCAD interface and how Toolbox BSB works within it.
      2. A curated collection of 100+ Bricsys training videos that cover core BricsCAD concepts and workflows.
