Kesseböhmer is a manufacturing company originally based out of Germany, noted for their wide range of metal products in multiple industries. In the furniture and millwork industry, they are noted for their range of products centered around the principle of maximizing space and storage, both domestic and commercial. Microvellum has incorporated multiple lines of Kesseböhmer hardware products into the Foundation Library, including pullout systems, waste bins, and closet pullouts/accessories.

Pullouts

The Foundation Library contains 3 different base pullouts available to users with base cabinet and corner cabinet products: the Kesseböhmer LeMans II, Magic Corner II, and Portero.  
Kesseböhmer LeMans II

The Kesseböhmer LeMans II is a pullout shelf designed to fit into corner cabinets, with a rounded shape and mounting jig that enables the shelves to be rotated and folded into cabinets for smoother storage. The shelf comes with an optional self-closing mechanism, as well as adjustable height. At a minimum, cabinets must be at 546mm (21 ½”) internal height to contain the shelves. Within the Foundation Library, the Kesseböhmer LeMans II comes in 4 different models in both left and right swing, each of which has an individual load bearing capacity of 25kg (55 lbs.), with a singular combination finish (Champagne/Maple). In addition, the 50 sized model is available in highboard post configuration, designed to allow for a raised vertical placement.

Kesseböhmer Magic Corner II

The Kesseböhmer Magic Corner II is a pullout shelf mounted on a folding jig. The Magic Corner II is sectioned into front and back trays, with front trays folding in 90° angles, and back trays moving simultaneously toward the cabinet opening upon being pulled out. Back trays can also slide forward individually, enabling one to easily place and remove them for better control over one’s internal space. The Magic Corner II requires a minimum door opening of 520mm (20 ½”), with a maximum storage capacity of 1138 in². Kesseböhmer Portero
The Kesseböhmer Portero is a removable pullout unit designed to fit under sink cabinets as a cleaning caddy. The basket of the unit can swing out of the cabinet, with an adjustable left or right swing. For more information on the Portero, visit Kesseböhmer's official website.  

Within the Foundation Library, the Portero comes in both 1 basket and 3 basket set options, with 2 choices of finish: Chrome or Champagne.

Waste Bin Pullouts

Kesseböhmer’s waste bin pullouts are available for placement into cabinets as component inserts. Toolbox, at the time of writing, has 3 different Kesseböhmer waste bin pullout products within its catalogue: the single pullout, the double, and the push-to-open pullout complete with Kesseböhmer’s SoftSTOPPplus self-closing mechanism.

Toolbox contains 8 different pieces of hardware belonging to Kessebohmer's CONERO range of closet organization products and accessories. All configurations of this hardware listed are available through a singular modifiable subassembly, which can be added to any cabinet or closet product and customized through the subassembly prompts. 

Kesseböhmer CONERO


The CONERO is Kesseböhmer’s range of pullouts and clothes lifts designed for closets. The product line is divided into two similar sets for enhancing closet storage: pullout drawers (which includes pullout drawers and trays for storage of items) and the closet organizer (which is a set of runners and mounts that can be configured into different configurations such as laundry baskets, belt and tie racks, and trouser rack pull-outs). Internal Pullouts

Full-extension, narrow framed pull-outs with self-closing mechanisms and tempered safety glass front and back panels. The internal pull-outs are customizable and can fit into multiple different closet sizes, with adjustable wooden bottoms also enabling control over the proximity of the pullouts to one another in closets that contain multiple. Within the Foundation Library, the CONERO internal pull-outs are available at both 72mm (2 7/8”) and 168mm (6 5/8”) height, with 2 different options for length, 14 different options for internal cabinet width, and 2 options for finish. Comfort Tray
A thin-edged comfort shelf pull-out designed to enable front access to items stored upon it. The CONERO comfort tray configuration is lower in elevation when installed than a standard internal pullout, and features a single back glass panel, with an open front. Trouser Hanger
 
A pull-out configuration of the closet organizer that offers users a trouser rack with a row of built-in hangers for suspending larger garments from. Within the Foundation Library, as a configuration of the organizer, this hardware is available for placement in closet products at 72mm (2 7/8”) height, with 2 length options (320mm and 450mm), 13 different options for frame width (see the 'Closet Organizer Set' section above), and in 2 finishes (black and gold). Users can select a quantity of 1-16 hangers to place on the rack.

Belt and Tie Rack

A non-mobile configuration option of the Closet Organizer wherein users can utilize a rack designed to hold small garments and accessories like belts and neckties. comprised of 16 small holes. For more information on the belt and tie rack, visit Kesseböhmer’s official website. 

Within the Foundation Library, the Belt and Tie Rack is available with the basic rack, as well as a configuration with an additional tray, which itself can be modified to 2 different dimension sets: 223x295mm or 223x425mm.

Clothes Lift and TOP

 
The closet organizer’s mounted wardrobe lift option. The clothes lift has a built-in swivel mechanism and the ability to lock into different angles of verticality to enable even load distribution of garments. Additionally, the clothes lift has an extra configuration option: the TOP version, which includes a shelf added to the top of the lift, able to swivel to match the vertical angle without risking the dropping of items. The base version of the lift has a load bearing capacity of 15kg (33 lbs.), while the TOP has a slightly lower load bearing capacity of 12kg (26 lbs.) and has an adjustable frame width from 445mm to 1168mm. The Foundation Library offers users both the Clothes Lift and Clothes Lift TOP configurations for use in closet products, with 4 different options for width and in 2 finishes (Powder Black and Powder Gold). An optional spacer strip accessory is also available to users to widen the hardware past its normal maximum.
