Library Designer - Product/SA Selection Option

The following article highlights a new feature that allows the user to predetermine which products & subassemblies to include when scanning a new library designer database.

Before this new feature, there was no way to select which products and subassemblies were being added to a library designer database. The software would always add all the products and subassemblies. Users now have a choice if they would only like certain categories or something specific. After update 23.1.0407.641, a new message will appear that asks the following:

If 'Yes' is selected, then the user will be prompted to select which products and then which subassemblies to load. After selecting which products and/or subassemblies to load, the Library Designer will carry on like normal but only load the specified items.
