where Double_Drawer_Handles and Double_Drawer_Handle_Distiance_Apart prompts in
the Finished Faces subassembly did not reference local prompts.

where the Double_Drawer_Handle_Distance_Apart prompt did not become visible
when Face_Options was set to "Drawers."
