Added Under Panel subassembly option for upper cabinets. This was to resolve an issue with the Under Panel product, which required manual insertion and adjustment each time.
“Add Under Panel” checkbox has been added to cabinet products.
Added Under Panel subassembly to cabinet products.
Added Under Panel Corner subassembly to corner cabinet products.
Enhanced the Under Panel subassembly to have many features:
Setback variables, flush w Door
Extend Left or Right
Lighting Options
Front & back edge types
Range Hood Cutout
Added new global “Under Panel Subassembly Name” so users can customize their own Under Panel subassemblies and protect them from update overwrite.
Added the ability to control 2D elevation cabinet height dimensions from a filler instead of a finished end. Previously, this only was able to be controlled with finished or applied ends.
Added the “G!Filler End Dimension” variable. The "Left/Right End Dimension Elv" will check this global, and if there is a "Left/Right Filler Width" > 0, it adjusts the actual dim line to start at the filler width value, -left and +right.
New global variable, “Filler End Dimension”, added.
Updated the "Left/Right End Dimension Elv" prompts in all products via Library Designer.
Updated the 2D Instructions and 2D Instruction Corner subassemblies to adjust the X locations of the DRAWDIM tokes for height dimensions to account for filler widths.
Created new help images for Filler End Dimension & Finished End Dimensions.
Added the Face Frame Separate Bead subassembly as a nested subassembly to the Left and Right Face Frame Applied End so they match the Face Frame subassembly.
Resolved a hinge issue within Horizontal Designer Face Frame cabinets, wherein concealed hinges and hinge plates did not align on divisions when Intermediate Stile was turned off.
Added "Prompt Value to Faces" subassemblies at product level. This affected the Master 2 Bay Horizontal Cabinet FF & Master Horizontal Designer Cabinet FF.
“&IF(Add_Intermediate_Stile_1=0,"|Is_Division_Left/Right;1","")” “(Master 2 Bay Horizontal Cabinet FF only)”
Adjusted calculator formula to account for “Add Intermediate Stile” prompt. Only subtract its width in the calculation when it is on.
Component Doors FF subassembly:
Left/Right Hinge Overlay:
Added "AND(L!Add_Intermediate_Stile_1=0,L!Face_Frame_Division_Overlay_Control_Stile_1=“Double”)" to the IF(OR statement.
Finished Faces, MV Profile Door, Solid Wood Door
Added 2 new prompts
"Hinge Offset Left"
=IF(IS_Face_Frame=1,IFERROR(IF(AND(L!Add_Intermediate_Stile_1=0,L!Face_Frame_Division_Overlay_Control_Stile_1=“Double”),IF(AND(Left_Door=1,IS_Division_Left=1),Thickness_Division/2,0),0),0),0)
"Hinge Offset Right"
=IF(IS_Face_Frame=1,IFERROR(IF(AND(L!Add_Intermediate_Stile_1=0,L!Face_Frame_Division_Overlay_Control_Stile_1=“Double”),IF(AND(Right_Door=1,IS_Division_Right=1),Thickness_Division/2,0),0),0),0)
Changed formula for Hinge Dist from Side:
Added "+IF(Left_Door=1,Hinge_Offset_Left,Hinge_Offset_Right)+" to end of calculation.
Resolved an issue with Master Horizontal FF Products miscalculating when Intermediate Stiles are off. Adjusted the prompt value pass through to populate the appropriate prompt if a bay face option is “Two Door” or “Left/Right Swing” on side of bay with no Intermediate stile.
Resolved a graining issue with Solid Wood Door’s flat panel parts, wherein Solid Wood Door's flat panel parts were not nesting correctly with Perfect Grain selected.
A missing variable in the subassembly was found, Full Width Drawer, and broke the Perfect Grain Identifier formula. This variable has been added to both the Solid Wood Door and the MV Profile Door to be consistent with the Finished Faces and does not break the Perfect Grain Identifier value.
Resolved an issue with Component Doors FF subassembly not always calculating Door Width correctly. The Door Width prompt in the Component Doors FF and Component Door Drawer FF subassemblies was not accounting for the Intermediate Stile correctly when Full Inset Doors were selected. There was also a typo in the formula looking for “Two_Doors” instead of “Two Doors”. Changed the hidden "Door Width" prompt value.
Resolved an issue in Component Doors and Component Doors FF subassemblies. Blank hardware names were appearing with a qty when selecting “Top Hinge Only” for Door Stay.
Resolved an issue with Face Frame product 2D elevation width dimension incorrect when Right End Condition is set to Applied End.
Resolved an issue with the Internal Drawer With Faces subassembly, wherein the filler does not move and stays aligned with the inner drawer front. Internal Drawer Front Material and Internal Drawer Front Edge do not match.
For filler issue, changed the Y origin of the Finished Face nested subassemblies for the Fillers in the Internal Drawer With Faces. Added IF (Filler_Flush_With_Carcase =1, Thickness_Door+Door_To_Cabinet_Gap,0)
Added new pointers in all material files for “Product Type” Drawer Front Internal.
Base Drawer Front Internal
Tall Drawer Front Internal
Upper Drawer Front Internal
Added new pointers in all edge band files for “Product Type” Drawer Front Internal Edge.
Base Drawer Front Edge
Tall Drawer Front Edge
Upper Drawer Front Edge
Base Drawer Front Edge Internal
Tall Drawer Front Edge Internal
Upper Drawer Front Edge Internal
NOTE: Be sure to point an appropriate material to these new pointers after running a library update.
Added 2 new prompts in Internal Drawers With Faces subassembly, "Drawer Front Material" (changed value to incorporate new pointers) and "Drawer Front Edge" (changed value to incorporate new pointers). Changed column 13 of Lookup Table Bay Positions, bays 60-66, of the Finished Faces subassembly.
This will eliminate the need to manually change material and edging of the internal drawer fronts.
Resolved an issue with Inset Toe Kick in open cabinets, which would occur when placing an Open cabinet next to a cabinet with doors AND the “G!Cabinet Depth Include Doors” is off, the toe kick insets for the cabinets do not align. The Open Cabinet Toe Kick Inset is pushed back by Door Thickness + Door to Cabinet Gap.
The value of the Toe Kick Inset variable has been updated.
Old: =IFERROR(INDIRECT(“G!”&“Toe_Kick_Front_Offset_”&LEFT(Product_Type,FIND(” ”,Product_Type&” ”)-1)&“_Cabinets”),0)+IF(OpenID=1,Thickness_Door+Door_to_Cabinet_Gap,0)
New: =IFERROR(INDIRECT(“G!”&“Toe_Kick_Front_Offset_”&LEFT(Product_Type,FIND(” ”,Product_Type&” ”)-1)&“_Cabinets”),0)+IF(AND(OpenID=1,G!Cabinet_Depth_Includes_Door=1),Thickness_Door+Door_to_Cabinet_Gap,0)
Resolved an issue with no bottom cabinets and attached toe kicks. When selecting "No Bottom" in a product, the sides did not extend to floor and notch.
The issue was resolved by adjusting the formula for "Toe Kick Height", removing the reference to "No Bottom". Adjusted formula for "Toe Kick Assembly" to reference "No Bottom". Adjusted Use Front Toe Kick to turn off if "No Bottom" is selected. Added New prompt, "Use Attached Toe Kick", when "No Bottom" is selected.
