Microvellum Release Notes | Build 25.2.0213.641

Microvellum Release Notes | Build 25.2.0213.641

The following release notes apply to Microvellum build 25.2.0213.641

File Name Fix

  1. An issue was occurring when processing work orders with the Create Sequential File Names setting enabled. When the setting was enabled, a work order being processed would sometimes experience an error, causing the batch to be deleted. This issue has been resolved, and this error should no longer occur when creating files with sequential names.

Product Processing Fix

  1. Users reported an issue occurring when processing work orders using custom tool files, wherein they would sometimes experience an error when processing simple parts (such as the Misc Panel). This issue noticeably did not occur with builds prior to 25.2.0204.641. This issue has been resolved- the error should no longer occur when processing parts using custom tool files.
  2. An issue was reportedly occurring wherein certain work orders would experience an error during processing. This issue was determined to be related to database coding, and as such, has been resolved. Work orders should no longer elicit this error.

Composite Fix

  1. It is expected when updating G-code of a work order that the composite drawing of that work order will be updated to reflect any changes. However, an issue was reported wherein users found that updating the G-code of a work order with the composite drawing open would cause the software to experience an object reference error and crash. This issue has been resolved. G-code modifications should now result in the composite changing as intended.

Xilog File Generation Fix

  1. There was a reported issue with generating files using Xilog Writer. Users who set up their G-code to generate using Xilog Writer would sometimes have the path to their G-code fail to be generated in the correct location on more recent builds. This issue has been resolved- all files set to generate with the Xilog conversion type should now generate correctly in the proper location.
