Print Reports for Project Costing
In this article, we will show you the steps required to create the necessary data and view the Cost Based Estimating Report.
Registered users may access downloads of the most current Reports and Activity Stations in the Downloads section of the Microvellum Knowledge Base.
As stated in the Help Center article Announcing Microvellum Project Costing Tools, the Cost Based Estimating Report wrap up the costing capabilities of Microvellum Toolbox. The report is one of the three pillars of Microvellum Toolbox Project Costing. Once you have set up your materials with their estimated prices and configured the activity stations, you are ready to create a work order and view the report, as demonstrated in the procedure below.
- Create a work order from either the drawing or from the Product List. There is no need to process the work order in the Processing Center before viewing the costing data, but on the other hand, you may still view the reports if you do process the work order in the Processing Center.
- Open the work order in the Processing Center and click “General > Reports > Print Reports” and double-click the "Cost Based Estimating Report."
