Product Starter Basics

Using a product starter product is a great way to learn about subassemblies. Product starters are powerful products that allow you to select subassemblies within bays (openings) of a carcass.

The images that follow are of a Base Starter Horizontal product:

  1. Bay Options will allow you to select a subassembly that will be inserted at the face of the bay opening.
  2. Interior Components will allow you to select a subassembly that will be inserted inside the bay opening.

Bays are numbered from left to right for horizontal starters, and from top to bottom for vertical starters.
