The following release notes apply to Toolbox build 25.1.0307.641

Material File Fix

  1. An issue has been reported regarding the use of material files: when attempting to open the material files within one’s work order or specification groups, some users found that they would experience an unhandled exception error. The cause of this issue was found, and the issue has been resolved- a coding error has been fixed, and thus, opening material files should no longer cause an error. 

Report Fixes


  1. There was a reported issue with the UI of certain reports. Parts of the interface (such as the checkbox setting the report to be hidden in the report list) would have letters cut off by the comments box. This issue has been resolved- the UI’s scaling has been adjusted to ensure that parts of the interface are not cut off by one another. 
 
  1. Another issue was discovered with reports, in which specific types of reports would experience a compilation error when users attempted to open them. This issue has been resolved- additional coding has been added to the process of opening these reports to ensure that no errors are caused by their opening. 


  1. An issue that was previously resolved within select menus in the software has been reportedly occurring in other menus: when opening pop-out menus near the edge of a screen on a multi-monitor workspace, rather than sub-menus opening on the same screen as the rest of the menu (as expected), the sub-menus would instead pop out on a different monitor. This issue has been resolved- the same fix has been applied to multiple other menus to ensure that pop-out menus remain on the same screen. 

Copy Room Fix


  1. Users reported that when attempting to open a room that has been copied from an existing one, they would experience multiple errors and their software would crash. This issue has been resolved- a coding fix has been applied to prevent the software from experiencing errors or crashing when opening copied rooms.
