Dado Construction setup and machining

My situation is that factory has purchased vinyl-wrapped doors and drawer fronts from Laminex already cut to size. We don't need to nest or cut the parts. We only need to generate CNC drilling programs for hinge holes, drawer front drilling, handle drilling,Adding .XLSX file Format to Reports
It would be nice if we can get Report Groups to export reports in .XLSX format. Currently it will only go to .XLS then every time we open the report it prompts us saying the file me be corrupt or unsafe. Only open if from a trusted source. Its not a hugeNesting errors

See attached composite. Why is is placing all these parts on separate sheets? These could all fit on the 1st sheet. I have not made changes in our scrap and we have been using it for years. Our shop is transitioning from using moziak to using microvellum. The engineering portion of microvellum is much better. But where moizak shines is with their paperless shop application. Our company was sold on microvellum being able to do everythingHinge Location - Door and Drawer Front Report

When doing long wall of face framed cabinets sometime I have to build it in few sections. Design, however, does not allow double stiles. when stained, reduced stile width in not acceptable either. As per the title there really should be a minimum width and length for scrap options in the settings. Having scrap pieces that are 2440mm long by 50mm are no good to me. But i dont mind some rectangles, pieces for our machine need to be minimum 950mmChange name reference in reports
