Why is the snap marker size a different number than the crosshair pickbox? I also changed it and it didn't change anything. Seems counter intuitive to me.Custom Sub assembly to library

When I go to add a vertex to a polyline, it seems very random. Sometimes it will try to add it where I don't want it. Also, my screen is ghosting the lines. So i have zoom in and out to get it to refresh. the dynamic input seems to make it worse. HasFace Frame Cabinets drawn recessed into wall.
