Best way to change the way Subassemblies reference Face Frame cabinet openings?

Best way to change the way Subassemblies reference Face Frame cabinet openings?

I am working with our residential side to get the default library (50.3) face frame cabinets setup and working really well.  One thing I have run into is that it appears that all the subassembly inserts reference the Opening_Height for the cabinet.  In a frameless cabinet that is fine; but on a face frame cabinet the some of the subassemblies should really reference the Opening_Height_FF so that things like shelves and drawers would be spaced evenly in the face frame opening not carcass opening.  (See attached picture)  Right now I am thinking of Adj/Fixed Shelves, Rollout Trays,  Wine Racks, etc.

So, my question is what is the best way to make this update so that the subassemblies come in referenced correctly automatically?    In my testing I believe we need this change to happen at the cabinet level so that everything pushes down properly.  I have looked at the library designer but I don’t see at good way of making this a universal change.  This is probably because we don’t use library designer often.
