Border Method: Setmill Location

You can set this to be left, right, top or bottom but I would really like to be able to set this so that the setmill location is always towards the center of the sheet so that each part remains connected to the main sheet for as long as possible. Does anyone know if this is possible? If not would anyone else like this feature?
