Is there a way in Report Designer to change the sort order / sort by?

Example: Sort by ITEM# [Door and Drawer Front Report]

I'm sure because it's combining ITEM# and "-" and Sub Product NAME it will not SORT by easily. 

There is no rhyme or reason how it sorts this report ... ever.

Any input???
