Hi,

I'm trying to create a formula for a cabinet in my library that's going to get a name tag on the drawer fronts (it's a drawer bank for a dispensary where they storage the goods). We are making about 70 of these dispensaries and the cabinet might grow or shrink depending on the job site so I would like to have this formula bore this holes 1" down from the top of the drawer front and 1.2" from the center each way. 

does anybody have any good literature on creating formulas? or where I can go to get more familiarized with the subject?
