When reprocessing a work order, if you ever receive a message saying the "Directory is open. Please close and retry." This is a death sentence message and requires the user to end the task. Closing and "retrying" does not work - it will hang up every single time.

There are other messages similar to this that might pop up when reprocessing as well. For example, if you happen to have a report (pdf) open. Same thing, it will ask you to close in order to proceed, but it will hang up and require an "end task".

Some better stability with this would be greatly appreciated.
