Delete old patterns/part labels after manually rearranging parts nest?

We often have to re-arrange parts in the nest. Often we reduce the number of cut patterns by a few sheets.
After we update the code, the old excess patterns & corresponding part labels (visible via MV Production) remain. How do we delete these?
