Draw part vs cut part

Is there an easy way to make a part draw as one size but go to the CNC as a different size, without having to make multiple cutparts in a product?

For example, we draw our scribe for submittals as whatever width the architect has specified so that when we redraw the elevation of it we don't have to constantly change the dimension. However, we send it to the CNC as no less than 3" because our CNC tends to have problems with parts smaller than 3".

As another example, on our countertops that are wall to wall we will send them out a couple inches long to be scribed during install. So, we want to draw them as the dimension they should be for the submittal but send them to the CNC a couple inches longer.

I know that I can make a "draw only" cutpart and a "machine only" cutpart, as I've done it before for other products, but I'm wondering if there is a way to combine the two into one single cutpart?
