We have always run pre-mill heads on our edgebanders. Recently we had a job where edgebanded parts were out of square which we have isolated to the edgebander. We are open to changing our process for pre-mill and not using it on a regular basis. We have modern equipment, CNC routers and beam saw. Beam saw has a scoring blade. we have very regular tool sharpening. I'm thinking it isn't necessary. So this is more of a poll. Do you pre-mill on your edgebander?
