Sometimes I need to have my cabinets off the wall , have a gap at  the back. As long as my cabinets are on the wall Elevation draws fine. If I move the cabinet off the wall to create the gap, Elevation goes haywire.

Is there a trick to keep the elevation drawing correctly? I am doing something wrong?
