FEATURE REQUEST: Create a 4-sided cutout machine token with the option of radiused corners

This machine token would get so much use I believe, if we could do away with the bulge list for a simple 4 sided cutout it would allow a simple parametric machine operation rather than quite a long vector driven formula.
