Is there a way to create a NEW Finger Pull profile?

I changed the Finger Pull.DWG local BLOCK in a room to have a 30° chamfer [1" angled flat] vs the R0.5 radius, (See pics)

I don't want to change the default Finger Pull.dwg inside of [..Microvellum Data\Graphics\Profiles\] folder .... I'd like to correct a brand new Finger Pull-Angled.dwg persay that can be selected from Pull Types.
