Foundation Library Addition Request

It would be great if there was a way for users to help guide the evolution of the foundation library by being able to submit requests in some kind of structured way, beyond posting in general community pages.

Could there be a dedicated thread? Or something else where users could vote or comment on possible additions or ideas?
